My name is Allison, I m married to an amazing man, my soul mate for sure! I'm a stay at home Mum, I've 4 children and 1 Granddaughter. My whole family are neurodiverse so a very unique home!
My Wellness journey has been ongoing though my 48 years starting with being born to alcoholic parents in South Africa, weighing 4lbs and the afterbirth was dead and it was born before me!
Lucky to be here from as early as that, divine intervention right there!
So my childhood was full of domestic violence, abuse and all the big T trauma you can imagine 💔 I put myself into the care system at age 12, placed into the big world alone at 16 where I found alcohol, nightclubs and pot! Needless to say I had a tricky few years!
Met my first husband at 17, Mum at 18 yes followed the lineage and pattern into a toxic relationship which ended in divorce by the age 27.
Met my soul mate, got my shit together, had 3 more kids, got married and we are still happy together 21 years later and more to come.
All of my work comes from self healing and saving myself. Practice what you preach is bang on here.
